Terms and Conditions – 298pkr Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

To register and use 298pkr you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 298pkr has a strict no-underage-gambling policy and will terminate accounts where underage play is suspected, with all balances held pending full verification.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration — full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and any other required fields.
• You must not already hold an existing 298pkr account. One account per person, per household and per device is the rule on this platform.
• You must agree to these Terms in full before completing registration.

By completing registration on 298pkr, you confirm that all information provided is true and that you meet all eligibility criteria. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

Your 298pkr account is your responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication — strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 298pkr staff will never ask for your password in any communication.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 298pkr support immediately at support@298pkr.bet. 298pkr cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security of their credentials.

298pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account where:

• False, misleading or incomplete information was provided during or after registration
• The Player is found to hold multiple accounts
• Suspicious, fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected on the account
• The Player is verified to be under 18 years of age
• The account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may contact support at any time. All outstanding balances will be refunded to the Player's registered withdrawal method following any required verification checks.

298pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposits are credited to your account instantly following confirmation from the payment provider. 298pkr charges zero platform fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank and card withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT. 298pkr charges no withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered under your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• First withdrawal requests and any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing.
• 298pkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account flagged for suspicious activity.
• Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all withdrawal details. 298pkr is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to Player error.

All bets placed on 298pkr are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation message has been received by the Player. Bets in progress or not yet confirmed are not binding on either party.
• Finality of Confirmed Bets: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended or cashed out unless the Cash Out feature is explicitly available and active for that market at that time.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet on 298pkr is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market and event. 298pkr reserves the right to impose stake limits on individual accounts where patterns of play are identified as potentially harmful to platform integrity.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that have already been conclusively settled before suspension stand.
• Obvious Errors: In the event that 298pkr publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to system or human error, the platform reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies regardless of whether bets have been confirmed, and any winnings paid will be reclaimed.
• Live Betting: In-play odds on 298pkr update in real time. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the binding odds. Telecommunications delays between the Player and 298pkr's servers are not grounds for bet cancellation.

Cricket-specific betting rules, PSL market rules and virtual sports rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform. These rules form part of these Terms by reference.

All casino games and virtual sports available on 298pkr are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return over any individual session.

Virtual sports events on 298pkr are fully simulated — no real athletes, teams or animals are involved. Results are generated by the RNG engine at the time of the event and cannot be influenced by any external factor or by 298pkr staff.

• Participation in casino games and virtual sports carries the same age restriction (18+) as all other 298pkr products.
• 298pkr is not responsible for any loss of internet connection during a casino game or virtual sports event. In the event of a disconnection, bets already confirmed remain valid. If a disconnection occurs mid-game in a casino title, the game state will be restored from the last confirmed server state upon reconnection.
• All casino game outcomes and virtual sports results are logged server-side and can be reviewed by the Player through their account history at any time.

298pkr offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of each offer, which Players must read before accepting any promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all 298pkr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked on qualifying games or markets within the promotional period.
• Bonuses are valid for one claim per Player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• 298pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an offer will be given reasonable notice of any adverse change.
• Using multiple accounts, bet staking strategies designed to minimise risk across markets (matched betting), or any other technique designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds do not carry a monetary value independent of the platform and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside of 298pkr.

The integrity of the 298pkr platform depends on all Players engaging in fair, individual play. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one 298pkr account
• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets on the platform
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical faults in any way that generates an artificial advantage
• Money laundering — using 298pkr to process deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity in between
• Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise illegally obtained payment instruments to deposit
• Sharing account access with or betting on behalf of another person
• Any conduct that 298pkr reasonably concludes constitutes cheating, fraud or a threat to platform integrity

298pkr monitors all account activity using automated detection systems and human review. Any account flagged for investigation will have its withdrawal capabilities suspended pending resolution. 298pkr's determination in fair play matters is final.

298pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

In summary, 298pkr:

• Collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with legal obligations
• Does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Encrypts all personal and financial data using 256-bit SSL technology
• Retains account data for a period required by applicable record-keeping regulations and deletes data beyond that period
• Provides Players with the right to access, correct or request deletion of their personal data by contacting support

298pkr is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take this responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a specified period (24 hours to 6 weeks) while retaining the ability to return.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from 298pkr. This is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-excluded Players cannot register new accounts.

298pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or data arising from your use of the platform
• Any indirect, special or consequential loss of any nature
• Any failure, interruption or degradation of service caused by circumstances beyond 298pkr's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, force majeure events or regulatory actions
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits 298pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

298pkr reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material and may affect Players' rights or obligations, 298pkr will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Continued use of the 298pkr platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date.

The version of these Terms shown at the top of this page with the "Last Updated" date is the version currently in effect. Previous versions are available on request from support.
